What is included in the subscription fee?
All the packs include:

Subscription fee includes skipass?
Base Pack doesn’t include skipass, that you can buy separatly online with discount or, even more discounted, in the Skipass Pack! Skipass is valid for 3 consecutive days.
Which are the differences between Base Pack and Skipass Pack?

BASE PACK includes accomodation for 3 nights (10, 11 and 12 of April) in apartments from 2 to 8 people, the Snow Week Bracelet for discounts and free entry for parties, aprés ski and events

SKIPASS PACK includes accomodation, bracelet and Skipass valid for 3 days for Skiarea Folgarida - Marilleva

What’s surcharge for double or triple apartments?
If you wanna stay in one apartment for 2 people, each one have to pay 50€ extra. The surcharges is valid for all your holiday.
If you wanna stay in one apartment for 3 people, each one have to pay 35€ extra. The surcharges is valid for all your holiday.
And if I’m alone, or in 2/3 people and I don’t wanna pay the surcharges?
No worries, we can find new roommates with who you can share the apartment, without surcharges! You have only to book a bed in an apartment from 4 to 8 people and we’ll introduce you each other some days before leaving
What’s a promo code?
Promo code is a code that allows us to understand who/how/what let you know the event! It could be a Facebook/instagram page or account, a person or a website! If you don’t remeber, write down “I don’t remember”
What about bus trip?
You could reach Snow Week Village at Marilleva 1400 with ours privates busses A/R from Milano. We suggest to book your bus ticket at the time of registration.
How can I rent ski, snowboard or bob?You’ll find the rent shop inside the residence, and you can benefit of discounts with Snow Week Bracelet.

How can I book ski or snowboard lessons?
You can book your lesson at the info-point in the residence, where you’ll find the office of Scuola Italiana Sci Marilleva. Here a trainer will take a reservation for single lesson or group lesson. Group lesson is cheaper and here you can meet other people.
Is it possible to add some other firends in our apartment later?
Of course, people can be added to apartments at a later date: they must be clearly write your name in the note box in the online form
What is the difference betwen Relax, Easy and partyh24 Area?
The residence is divided in different topic area. In this way, you can customize your Snow Week experience at 100%!!!
Relax Area is perfect for those of you that wanna sleep during the nights and be the first on the slopes in the morning.
Easy Area is a space where you can enjoy chatting and nightlife, but here you can also sleep and be ready in the morning for the slopes!
Party H24 Area is for real nightlife animals, people that wanna dance and have fun all night long and untill the sunrise!
What’s cancellation insurance?
If you will be obliged to give up the holiday, you can obtain 75/80% of money back thanks to cancellation insurance. You can take out cancellation insurance at the moment of holiday subscription. Read carefully the contract with the Insurance Agency, because refund can be obtained under certain conditions.
What is extra night?
Do you wanna stay with us from 9th April and/or come back home 14th Aprile? Do you wanna be the first on the slopes and/or the last braveheart on the night? Well, no worries, you can add 1 or 2 nights at the moment of subscription on our online form!
And if I would like to have also one skipass day more?
No problem, you can book the option “Skipass 1 day extra” on our online form!
What’s late check-out?
Late check-out mean that, last day of your holiday, you can ski (or sleep) all day long and give the apartment’s keys back around 7.30 pm!
What is deposit?
Deposit is an amount of 30€ that you will have to give to the residence when you’ll check-in. hen you check-out, if there are damage in your apartment or in the residence, some of the money or the whole amount will be held by the residence, if it won’t be possible to find the guilty. Instead, if there aren’t be damage, the whole amount will give you back!
How can I pay Snow Week?
You can chose between Stripe with credit card or with cash a tour office in Via Tortona 74, Milano
I saw that I have to pay 20€ extra when I arrive. Why?
The amount cover administrative costs, usages, final cleaning and Snow Week Bracelet for convetions and discounts: skipass, apres-ski, school, rent, Refuges, restaurants, drinks, parties ecc ecc
Until what time can I check-in?
Check-in is open till midnight, but if you need some time more, no worries: send us an email or a message some days before and we’ll wait for you!
What’s the difference between skipass for Folgarida-Marilleva and skipass for Campiglio-Dolomiti di Brenta?
Skipass included in Skipass pack allows you to get skiarea Folgarida-Marilleva, 62km of slopes and around half of the whole skiarea. You can upgrade you skipass and add Campiglio-Dolomiti di Brenta to get all the skiarea, more that 150km of slopes! You can upgrad online meanwhile the subscription
